I thought Eagles were all hand-built (hence why they’re like $800k). What exactly do they keep from the donor car?

The entire thing. They just restore and/or modify all of it unless they can’t then they build a new part themselves.

Actually seems like they do modifications of existing cars as well, not just one-off’s. Did not know that:
